|RISK OF LOSS||All items purchased from AFM llc patiodoorrollers.net are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.|
|CUSTOM MADE SPECIAL ORDER MERCHANDISE||In order to serve you better, we offer our machine shop facilities for items no longer available. A deposit may be required for custom made/special order material. We will not accept any returns or cancellations for custom made parts.|
|SHIPPING||Stock items - within 24 hours upon receipt of order. Non-stock items will be shipped when received to our warehouse or as specified.|
|Stock items - Order must be made before 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time and Subject to size limitations and Product availability. ALL Products must fit into Box size

|RETURNS||No material will be accepted without a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA# must appear outside of all cartons) Please call 727-786-1450 for RGA#. A 25%** Restocking charge will be assessed to all returns for reasons other than AFM Patio Door Repair errors. All returns must be Post marked within 5 working days of Shipping Tracking receipt delivery date. Returns after said date will be returned as a Credit to your account. Custom Made/Special Orders are not subject to return.
**Our normal price for shipping is $9.95 our shipping usually costs more and you may incur the difference in shipping charges.
|CLAIMS||It is your responsibility to inspect all shipments for shortages and damages (concealed or otherwise). If damage has occurred it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier, claims for shortages are to be filed with AFM. All claims are to be made within 1 day of tracking receipt delivery date.|
