Balance Tensioning Tool hook style.
How to use: Attach balance with screw. Push spiral rod back into tube casing then hook to bottom hole pull down 4 or 5 inches and then turn clockwise 4 to 5 turns. Pull rest of the way down to hook into bracket without letting tool turn To set spring tension.
